7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Not have any scratches, damage, or signs of wear.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
